Michelle McClellan is a Mental Wellness Strategist and the founder of Recalibration Nation, a movement dedicated to helping people train their resilience and step fully into their lives.
Her work is rooted in a simple belief: you already have what it takes—you just need the right tools and direction to activate it. Through years of experience in direct care, psychiatry, program development, and leadership, Michelle has learned how to translate complex mental health concepts into practical, real-life strategies that actually work.
She is passionate about serving underserved communities, including individuals who are neurodiverse, as well as supporting those facing homelessness and advocating for animal rescue.
Michelle embraces the tug-of-war of life as part of the human journey and is passionate about showing others how to transform challenges into resilience. At her core, she is fueled by an unwavering faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the source of her joy and the anchor behind her message: resilience isn’t just about pushing forward—it’s about rising stronger, faster, and more focused than ever.
